Technotes: IP Address Issues with Use Source IP Mode and Access Gateway Enterprise Edition: With Use Source IP Mode enabled at the global level on an Access Gateway Enterprise Edition or NetScaler appliance, the end user ICA connections and VPN connections that pass through the Access Gateway Virtual Server are not represented by the end users IP addresses. The ICA connections and VPN connections are still represented with the Mapped IP or Subnet IP address of the appliance when the connection is established with the backend servers.
