Apple Releases EFI Update For 2012 MacBook Airs:

Apple has just released an update for all 2012 MacBook Airs. Apple has noted that this EFI update fixes a color issue with HDMI connected displays, a Windows issue which prevented MacBook Airs from booting properly as well as a Thunderbolt issue which caused MacBooks to freeze when Thunderbolt devices were unplugged. EFI is a BIOS standard developed by Intel. An EFI is essentially a standard BIOS on steroids with tons of added features.
