What Is Cloud Automation? The Road to Fewer Outages
An October survey of 502 U.S. and U.K. IT managers and executives makes a strong case for automating network management. Challenged with increasing complexity because of virtualization and cloud computing, survey respondents pointed to manual processes as the cause of firewall outages and other security-threatening areas.
